Bulletin of Engineering Geology & the Environment
 
This journal is concerned with the investigation of engineering and environmental problems which arise as the result of the interaction between geology and the works or activities of man, as well as of the prediction of and development of measures for the prevention or remediation of geological hazards. Contents include the properties of earth materials involved in construction; the mechanical and hydrological behaviour of soil and rock masses; the stability analysis of engineering works and earth masses; and the improvement of the environmental condition and properties of the terrain.

Abstracts for issues since January 1998 are available for online viewing at the Springer website. Full-text articles can be viewed online by subscribers to the journal.
