Boreal Environment Research 
Boreal Environment Research is an international journal publishing original articles, reviews and short commentaries on various aspects of the boreal environment and its natural resources. The journal focusses on environmental problems, their assessment, understanding and management, as well as on the sustainable use of natural resources, in the fields of atmospheric, terrestrial, aquatic, marine and fisheries sciences.The journal is published quarterly. Table of contents and abstracts for all issues since the journal was first published in 1996 are available for free on-line viewing at the Boreal Environment website.
