Geophysical Journal International The Journal aims to promote the understanding of the earth's internal structure, physical properties, evolution and processes. It publishes top quality research papers, fast-track papers, research notes, letters and book reviews on all aspects of theoretical, computational and observational geophysics. Subjects covered include: earthquakes and seismology; tides; the Earth's gravitational field, deep interior, crustal structure, stress and isostasy; palaeomagnetism, rock magnetism, geomagnetism, geotectonics; heat flow, electromagnetism, rheology and volcanology; and geophysics applied to the structure and evolution of geological features.
